When the store is busy and all the dryers are being used, customers finishing their wash will need a dryer for their items. If the customer who used the dryer first isn’t in the store to remove their items from a finished dryer, a customer needing the dryer can request us to take the items out. Once we get the request, we give the first customer a 5-minute grace period to return and grab their items. If they don’t come back in that time, we remove the items to make the dryer available for other customers to use.

We encourage customers to remove items from dryers as soon as they’re done. Setting a timer or noting the start time can help ensure you’re aware of when your dryer has finished. Please note, we cannot track when dryers finish or which dryers self-serve customers use. We never combine items from different dryers and always place removed items into a laundry cart for safekeeping.
