How does Uber Pickup and Delivery Work?
With Uber Pickup & Delivery, you’ll schedule your laundry pickup or drop-off directly through Super Clean Laundromat — either by signing into our online order page below, calling the store, using the Clean Cloud App, or our Google Business Listing. Once your order is placed, an Uber driver will handle the pickup and delivery, giving you more flexibility outside our regular delivery windows. We’ll take care of the laundry — Uber handles the ride!
How much does it cost?
The cost of our Wash & Fold service stays the same — $1.99/lb. (15 lb. minimum). For a limited time, we’ll cover up to $5.00 of your total Pickup & Delivery Cost. You’ll cover the difference in cost of the Uber trip for your order. This charge is paid directly to Uber through us when your order is complete.
Is there any size or weight limit?

Maximum Size: 60 inches or 32 cubic feet
Orders must fit the dimensions of a standard-size vehicle for safe handling. To confirm you are not over weight, we suggest using a Home Weight Scale to double check before scheduling your pickup. Also, please split your order into smaller bags vs one bag at 50lbs.
Can I schedule through the Uber App?
Nope! You’ll need to schedule your pickup or delivery through either our online ordering page below or the Clean Cloud App by searching Super Clean Laundromat – Ajax.
When can I schedule an Uber Pickup or Delivery?
Uber Pickup & Delivery is available from 8:00am to 7:00pm, 7 days a week. You can call the store, schedule below or directly from our Google Business Listing.
Is Uber Pickup and Delivery available for commercial customers?
We recommend commercial clients reach out to us with inquiries to see what program would work best for you.

Do I need to be home?
Nope, most of our customers leave their orders at their front doors or a prearranged spot for us to pickup or drop off to. You’ll receive a notification when our driver is on their way, picked up or dropped off.
When will I get my order back?
Orders are typically ready within 48 hours from when we pickup. Larger orders may require more time and a customer service representative would reach out to inform you. Choose your delivery day and time when scheduling your pickup and we will always try to have it ready on time.
I have skin sensitivities, can I get hypoallergenic products?
Yes, we do offer hypoallergenic products, please set your preferences to our scent free products. There is an addtional $0.20 per lb for these products.
Do we treat stains?
We generally do not treat stains on orders but if there is an item you know that has a stain, let us know in the order notes, leave it at the top of your bag and we’ll take a look.
How are my items washed?
All orders are brought back to our own facilities and washed separately from other orders. We will wash according to any care notes left on your order and according to the colours of each load. Your clothes will never be combined with someone elses.
How long have you been washing laundry?
We’ve been in the laundry business since the 1960’s, we are now in our third generation and have remained a family run business for all these years.
Do you do Dry Cleaning?
Yes, we also handle dry cleaning but it’s currently only available for in-store drop off.
Do you service commercial customers?
Yes, we service Massage Therapists, Doctors Offices, Dentists, Chiropractors, Spas, Barber Shops and Airbnb’s. Please email us at info@supercleanlaundromat.ca for more information.
