Nope, most of our customers leave their orders at their front doors or a prearranged spot for us to pickup or drop off to. You’ll receive a notification when our driver is on their way, picked up or dropped off.

Orders are typically ready within 48 hours from when we pickup. Larger orders may require more time and a customer service representative would reach out to inform you.  Choose your delivery day and time when scheduling your pickup and we will always try to have it ready on time.

Yes, we do offer hypoallergenic products, please set your preferences to our scent free products. There is an addtional $0.20 per lb for these products.

We generally do not treat stains on orders but if there is an item you know that has a stain, let us know in the order notes, leave it at the top of your bag and we’ll take a look.

All orders are brought back to our own facilities and washed separately from other orders. We will wash according to any care notes left on your order and according to the colours of each load. Your clothes will never be combined with someone elses.

Yes, we also handle dry cleaning.  Pricing is not available on our site but we are competitive with other local providers.  Questions on dry cleaning pricing, feel free to contact us.  $20.00 Minimum on all dry cleaning when not picked up with Wash & Fold.

The cost of our Wash & Fold service stays the same — $1.99/lb. (20 lb. minimum). We’ll cover $5.00 for the total order cost,  you’ll cover the difference in cost of the Uber trip for pickup or delivery. This charge is paid directly through Uber when you book, giving you the flexibility to schedule outside our regular delivery windows.

Uber Pickup & Delivery is available outside our regular delivery windows — basically, whenever our in-house driver isn’t on the road. It’s a convenient option for evenings, weekends, or times that fall outside our standard routes.
